DUE TO A DEEPLY HELD BELIEF IN THE VALUE OF A DIVERSE COMMUNITY, North Country School offers a robust financial aid program. In a given year, approximately 30% of our students receive aid. Need-based financial support is funded by North Country School's private endowment and generous donations from alumni, families and friends of the School. Total annual financial aid is approximately $750,000. While NCS' funds are made available to as many students who qualify as possible, we are not always able to accommodate a family's entire need.
To apply for financial aid:
1. Complete the North Country School application process. Financial aid applications are processed after a student gains acceptance to North Country School. When applying online, you will be able to indicate your desire to apply for financial aid.
2. Complete the School and Student Services (SSS) Parent Financial Statement (PFS). (Please visit www.sssbynais.org/
3. After completing the PFS, SSS analyzes the data and identifies an estimated family contribution towards tuition. North Country School uses this information as a guide to determine need based financial aid awards.
